Leadership, Credibility, and National Recognition

The club has been led by its distinguished President Lt. Colonel M. A. Latif Khan, a legendary sports personality of Bangladesh, whose dedication to youth development and sports administration has significantly strengthened the club’s credibility and growth.

Former Bangladesh national football team captain Mamunul Islam serves as Chief Coach, bringing international playing experience and technical expertise to player development.

Zafrani Sporting Club is officially recognized by the Government of Bangladesh and licensed by the Bangladesh Football Federation, ensuring operations under national sporting regulations and professional standards.

Historic International Achievement (2026)

In 2026, Zafrani Sporting Club represented Bangladesh in the LaLiga Youth Tournament in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. For the first time in Bangladesh sporting history, a Bangladeshi youth club reached the final and became Runners-Up.

National Milestone

The 2026 LaLiga Youth Tournament runners-up finish brought national recognition and inspired thousands of young athletes across Bangladesh.
